摘要
空压机全性能试验系统可用于空压机的性能和内特性试验,对于空压机的研究开发与检测具有重要作用。系统包括主体台架部分、进气调控部分、气系统部分、随气排油量部分、内特性检测系统、进排气状态参数测试系统、水腔密漏检测系统、风冷却系统、水冷却系统、润滑系统、机油消耗量测试系统、控制系统和数据采集处理等系统。整个试验系统不仅可以测试气泵的功耗、泵气量、相对生产率、气泵密封性、随气排油量、气泵速度特性和压力特性等外部性能数据,而且可测试空压机的缸内压力变化、气阀运动规律等内部特性数据。
The test system used to investigate the whole performance of air compressors includes main stand, inlet adjus- ting and controlling system, air system, oil expulsion system, measurement system of inner characteristics, measurement system of state parameters in inlet and exhaust, measurement system of the leakage in the water cavity, air cooling sys- tem, water cooling system, lubrication system, measurement system of lubricating oil consumption, control system, data acquisition and processing system, and so on. By means of this test system, both the external characteristics ( including work consumption of the air pump, compressed air flow, relative productivity, sealing of the air pump, oil discharge flowed by airflow, velocity characteristics of the air pump, pressure characteristics, etc. ) and the inner characteristics (including variation of the pressure in cylinder, motion law of valves, etc. ) can be investigated.
