摘要
通过介绍国产新型支线客机ARJ21-700全机静力试验实时监控系统的开发工作,集中展示了数字采集实时监控预测系统在数据处理和试验指导方面的良好效果。该系统主要以点应变、点位移、部位位移协调性以及局部典型结构的应力和安全裕度为监测对象,底层采用数据库系统存储有限元数据和试验采集数据,有限元分析数据和试验测量数据相互参照,实现了对ARJ21-700型飞机全机静力试验的有效实时监控。
This paper introduced the development work of ARJ21-700 (new China-made regional jet) full scale static test monitoring and control system, presented the advantages, such as digital display and real-time predictions based up- on test results, of the real-time monitoring system. This monitoring system, which is based on the relational database, takes point strains, point displacements, displacement compatibility and safety margin of some typical structures as mo- nitored objects and compares real-time data with FEA data in order to provide a reference for analyzers. By visualization of the real-time test results, it can help engineers to have a full knowledge of complex tests and also to avoid some acci- dents. It effectively monitores the full-scale static test of ARJ21-700.
