摘要
简要分析了影响经管类实验中心可持续发展的柔性要素和刚性要素。基于关键要素分析,提出实现经管类实验中心可持续发展的四大举措:①构建科学合理的实验教学体系;②形成具有强辐射效应的社会服务能力;③构建具有强可操作性和有效性的激励机制;④建立多层次、多样化培训机制。
Two kinds of key factors affecting the sustainable development of laboratory in economy and management were analyzed, which include flexibility factor and rigidity factor. Based on the analysis of the key factors, four measures to realize the sustainable development of laboratory in economy and management were put forward, that is, to establish the scientific and reasonable experimental teaching system; to form the social service ability of strong radiation effect; to build up the stir mechanism of strong maneuverability and validity ; to found training mechanism of multi-layer and multi- kind.
