基于工作过程的护理专业实训基地建设与思考

Construction of Nursing Training Center Based on the Clinical Nursing Working Process

为了适应高职护理教育发展的需要,根据国家示范性高职院校建设的要求,使护理专业学生在下临床实习之前,在校内得到基于工作过程的训练。学院从建设理念、方案论证、设备采购、氛围布局、师资培训等方面的实施,使学生在学校内就能获得一定的"临床经验",体现"校内基地生产化、校外基地学校化"的职教战略。

In order to meet the needs of the development of vocational nursing education in accordance with the require- ments of construction of national demonstrative higher vocational colleges ,thus nursing students could be trained based on the working process of nursing clinical working before going practice in the hospital, so that students in schools will be able to access certain ＂clinical experiment＂, demonstrate the strategy of vocational education which can be stated as ＂integration of the training center in school and workplace out of school＂ .
