不同高致病性禽流感疫苗对肉鸡免疫效果观察

Different highly pathogenic Avian Influenza Vaccine Immunization efficacy for chicken

应用重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型,Re-1株),禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗(rL-H5株),首免用重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型,Re-1株)、二免用禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗(rL-H5株)对3组肉鸡进行禽流感的免疫效果观察。结果表明:免疫重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型,Re-1株)的效果比免疫禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗(rL-H5株)的效果好;首免用重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型,Re-1株)、二免用禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗(rL-H5株)的效果比免疫重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型,Re-1株)的效果更好。

150 chickens aged 10 days were divided into 3 groups.Group A were immunized with Avian Influenza H5N1 Subtype Inactivated Vaccine,group B were immunized with Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease recombinant bivalent live vaccine （rL-H5 Strain）,while group C were immunized with Avian Influenza H5N1 Subtype Inactivated Vaccine,and immunized with Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease recombinant bivalent live vaccine （rL-H5 Strain） 30 days after primary immunization. The Efficacy of vaccine immunization were test by Sera antibody of all chickens at the lOth,20th,25th,30th,35th,40th,45th,50th.,55th,60th and 65th days post-vaccination with HI. The resulted showed that,the vaccinated efficacy of group B were better than that of group B,and the vaccinated efficacy of group C were better than that of group B.
