摘要
运用电导率法对秋眠级不同的2个苜蓿品种"WL-525HQ"和"WL-232HQ"进行耐热性测定。叶片经梯度高温处理后,细胞伤害率呈"S"型曲线。通过Logistic方程拐点确定半致死温度,"WL-525HQ"和"WL-232HQ"的高温半致死温度分别为54.13℃和52.26℃,"WL-525HQ"的耐热性强于"WL-232HQ",其结果与2种苜蓿的实际耐热趋势一致。
Two alfalfa cultivars with different fall dormancy levels, "WL-525HQ" and "WL-232HQ", were treated with high temperatures and their heat tolerance measured by using electrical conductivity method. After the leaves were treated with gradient high temperatures their cells were injured and showed a sigmoid response to the temperatures. The Logistic equation was used to determine the semi-lethal temperatures for the two varieties by spotting the turning points of the inflexion phase of the curve. The semi-lethal temperatures for the cultivars "WL-525HQ" and "WL-232HQ" was 54.13 ℃and 52.26℃ respectively, indicating the cultivar "WL-525HQ" had a higher tolerance to heat than the cultivar "WL-232HQ", which coincides with the results from the field.
