摘要
在分析国内外并行工程和协同设计发展情况的基础上,结合多学科协同设计优化理论,定义了分布式并行协同设计的概念;通过对面向服务架构体系本质的分析,并综合考虑了分布式的智力资源环境,提出了一个全新的基于SOA的分布式并行协同设计平台架构.该架构集成了大型的商业化软件(如Pro/E、HyperMesh和ANSYS等)和专家系统,以完成复杂成品如转向架的设计和分析.依据顾客的需求,对该架构进行了一些关键服务的提取和定义;利用Java编程语言,对该平台架构中的服务接口进行描述.通过一个具体的实例,说明了该架构的各个部分,与现有的协同设计平台相比,该平台能够有效缩短服务交换周期,更好的支持复杂产品的异地并行协同设计.
After reviewing the work on the concurrent engineering and collaborative design in domestic and overseas, and combine to the theory of the optimization theory in the multidisciplinary concept of DCCD-distributed concurrent and collaborative design was defined in this collaborative design, the paper. By analyzing the hypostasis of the service oriented architecture (SOA) and comprehensively considering the distributed intelligent resources environment, a novel DCCD platform architecture based on SOA was proposed in this paper. This architecture integrates some large-scale commercial engineering software tools (such as Pro/E, HyperMesh, ANSYS, etc) and expert systems to quickly accomplish the design and analysis of complex products such as the railway bogies. The several key services based on the demands of customers was presented and the interface definitions to every corresponding service was provided, the definitions of the interface descriptions of the services using the Java programming language was carry out, and detailed introductions to components of the architecture by a demonstration was given. Compared with the traditional design platform, the new architecture can shorten the cycle of service exchange, and strongly support concurrent and collaborative design for the complex product.
