氟伐他汀对心衰患者血清IL-6水平的影响

The Effect of Fluvostatin on Serum IL-6 Levels in Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察氟伐他汀对心衰患者血清IL-6水平的影响。方法100例心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级慢性心衰患者均分为常规治疗组及氟伐他汀组(氟伐他汀40 mg,每晚1次)。观察3个月。治疗前后分别测血清IL-6水平。另选50例正常健康人作为对照组。结果氟伐他汀组治疗3个月后,血清IL-6水平较常规治疗组有显著的下降,心衰患者血清IL-6水平较正常人健康明显升高。结论慢性心衰患者血清IL-6水平显著升高,氟伐他汀能降低慢性心衰患者血清IL-6水平。

Objective To observe the effect of fluvostatin on serum IL - 6 levels in chronic congestive heart failure patients. Methods 100 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups： conventional treatment group and conventional treatment ＋ fluvostatin group （fluvostatin 40 mg, QN ）. The observation period is three months. Serum IL -6 levels were measured before and after the treatment. Fifty normal patients served as controls. Results Serum IL - 6 levels were significantly higher than normal controls. Conclusions Fluvostatin can reduce serum IL- 6 levels significantly in chronic heart failure patients.
