摘要
目的:比较赶黄草超微粉与粗粉总黄酮含量高低。方法:50%乙醇超声提取后,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长510nm,测定赶黄草超微粉和粗粉总黄酮含量。结果:超微粉总黄酮含量高于粗粉44.31%。结论:微粉化技术能提高赶黄草中总黄酮的溶出率。
Objective:To compare the total flavonoids contents of ultrafine powder and coarse powder of Penthorum chinense Pursh. Methods:UV spectrophotometry was used to detect wavelength 510nm and detrmine the the flavonoids contents of Penthorum ultrafine powder and coarse powder after 50% ethanol of ultrasonic extraction. Results:The flavonoids contents of the untrafine powder are 44.31% higher than that of the coarse powder. Conclusion:Micronization technology can raise the extraction rate of the flavonoids in Penthorum.
