细胞信号通路在重症急性胰腺炎发病机制中的研究进展

Cell signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of severe acute pancreatitis

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎是一种预后凶险的疾病,常导致全身炎性介质反应综合征及多器官功能衰竭。重症急性胰腺炎全身炎性介质反应的基础是由许多细胞因子通过细胞信号通路介导构成的复杂的炎性介质反应网络。本文通过综合分析和归纳近年来国内外有关文献,就细胞信号通路在重症急性胰腺炎发病机制中的研究现状作一综述。 The severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a prognostic dangerous disease, often leads to systemic inflammation response syndrome (SIRS) and multiple organ failure (MOF). The basis of systemic inflammation response caused by SAP is composed of many cytokines via the cell signaling pathway mediated in a complex inflammation response network. In this paper, we summarized the recent research of the cell signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of SAP by a comprehensive analysis and summary of the relative literatures in recent years at home and abroad.
