农村公路交通安全设施审核要求研究

Requirement of Traffic Safety Facility Auditing of Rural Highway

我国农村公路建设标准普遍较低,农村公路事故率明显高于国道和省道。实践证明,加强农村公路安全设施设置,能够有效地减少农村公路交通事故发生的频率。故从我国当前农村公路交通安全现状及建设实际出发,综合考虑影响农村公路交通安全的各种因素,并借鉴等级公路安全设施设置经验和做法,研究提出我国农村公路交通安全设施设置的审核要求,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Due to low technical standard of rural highway, the traffic accident rate is apparently higher than this of national highway and province highway in China. It is proved that traffic accident rate of rural highway can be effectively reduced by setting traffic safety facilities. According to the actual safety situation and construction practice of rural highway in China, considering various factors effecting rural highway traffic safety and the experience on standard highway safety facility setting, the auditing requirement of traffic safety facilities is put forward in view of current status and practical use, which has important practical significance.
