安新路限速合理性及速度控制研究

摘要 安新路系京港澳高速公路河南境内的首段,是国家高速公路网主骨架的一部分,在南北交通中发挥着极其重要的干线作用。而限速作为规范道路上车辆行驶速度、保障行车安全的一种主要管理手段,其标准的合理制定一直是困扰世界各国道路运营者的一个难题。从运行速度的角度出发,探讨安新路限速值的合理性,并分析该路段的事故状况,提出一些遏制超速行为以减少事故发生的速度控制技术,可为其他类似道路提供一些有益的参考。 Anyang-Xinxiang highway is the first part of Beijingongkong-Macao expressway in Henan province. It is the main backbone of the national highway network, and plays an extremely important role in the north-south traffic. As a major traffic management tool, the speed limit is used to regulate the speed of vehicles on the road and to ensure the security of driving. But the estab- lishment of speed limit standard has puzzled the civil engineers in the world all along. The rationality of speed limit in Anyang-Xinxiang highway from the point of view of operating speed is discussed, the state of the accident in this road section is analyzed, and some speed control technologies are put forward in order to restrain the speeding and reduce the accident rate, which can provide helpful reference for other similar highways.
