范崎路是北京市怀柔区的一条山区三级旅游公路,由于道路沿线遍布休闲度假村和民俗接待户,导致该路事故频发。通过全面分析该路的事故分布规律,发掘道路安全的内在相关因素,探求交通事故背后的本质成因和关键要素,并以此为指导对范崎路提出相应的治理对策,可为全国同类道路的安全治理提供一定的参考。

Fanqi highway is a third-class tourist highway in mountain area located in Huairou district of Beijing. Owing to many holiday cottages and folk-custom villages spreading a long the line, the accident frequency is very high. By investigating the traffic accident＇s distribution law roundly, the international relevant factors of road safety are revealed, the essential causes and key factors of traffic accident are discussed. Taking these for guidance, the corresponding treatment countermeasures of Fanqi highway are proposed, which can provide some reference for the safety treatment of similar highways in China.
