农村公路是农村地区重要的基础设施,而长期以来却始终面临养护资金不足的困扰。2009年我国成品油价格和税费改革的正式实施,使公路养护资金的来源渠道和供给方式发生了重大变化。在新的形势下,有针对性地研究全省农村公路养护资金的供需关系,探索、解决农村公路养护资金短缺的问题,显得十分必要。
