70例后牙烤瓷单冠开髓后固位效果观察

The Observation of Retention on 70 Cases of Posterior Teeth With Single PFM after Odontotrypy

目的观察后牙金属烤瓷单冠开髓后的固位效果。方法将在金属烤瓷单冠表面开髓治疗的患者分为实验组,同期其他后牙烤瓷单冠修复患者为对照组,观察两组患者烤瓷冠在3年内的固位效果。结果实验组成功率为90.0%,前磨牙固位成功率为92.9%,磨牙固位成功率为89.3%,对照组固位成功率为91.8%(P>0.05)。结论后牙烤瓷单冠开髓治疗充填后,不会对固位效果产生明显影响。

Objective To observe the retention on posterior teeth with single PFM after Odontotrypy. Methods 496 posterior teeth with single PFM were divided into experimental group（70 patients） and control group （426 patients）. Odontotrypy was taken only on the experimental group, but not the control group. The retention effects were observed and compared during the last 3 years. Results The success ratio of the experimental group was 90.9% ,in which the premolar teeth＇s was 92.9% and the molar teeth＇ s was 89.3%. While that of the control group was 91.8%. After the statistical analysis （ P 〉 0.05）. So there was no statistical significance. Conclusion The odontotrypy won ＇ t make significant differences on the retention effects of the PFM - posterior teeth.
