超空泡鱼雷超空泡发生器方案设计探讨

摘要 根据俄"暴风"超空泡鱼雷公开资料,运用气体发生器及动力源火工品设计原理,进行超空泡鱼雷超空泡发生器方案论证,对超空泡发生器气源类型、总体结构、气量调节等关键技术进行了研究,并设计了试验用超空泡发生器。验证试验结果表明:设计的超空泡发生器能够满足鱼雷超空泡的用气量要求,并可实现流量控制。说明设计方案具有较好的可行性。 Based on the information of Rusia Shkval supercavitating torpedo, the theory of gas generator and explosive actuated device were adopted to discuss the formula design of gas generator for supercavitating torpedo. Some key techniques, such as gas source type, whole structure and gas quantity adjusting of gas generator, were analyzed, and experimental gas generator was designed. The verification tests results indicated that the gas generator can meet with the gas quantity requirement of supercavitating torpedo, and also can realize the flow control of gas. The designed formula is proved to be feasible.
