Study on Microstructure of HTPB/AP/Al Composite Propellants Using Different Solution

摘要 为了探索HTPB/AP/Al复合固体推进剂的微观结构特征,了解各组分在固体推进剂中的微观形态,对HTPB/AP/Al复合推进剂在水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯和二氯甲烷溶剂中的溶解过程进行了微观现象研究。用电子显微镜对溶解剩余物进行了形貌扫描观测,对推进剂在不同溶剂中的溶胀比进行了测试,并得到了质量损失变化数据。结果表明:HTPB/AP/Al复合推进剂中粘合剂系统的交联程度比较高,结构比较致密,粘合剂把固体颗粒粘结在一起;从微观结构上看,溶剂只能以渗透的方式缓慢进入,未交联的粘合剂很容易被溶解。 To study the microstructure of HTPB/AP/AI composite propellants and get the micromorphology of each constituent in propellants, the solvation process of HTPB/AP/AI composite propellants in water, ethanol, ethl acetate and dichloromethane was studied. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the dissolve residual of HTPB/AP/AI composite propellants. The results of swell ratio and the data of mass loss were obtained from the test. The results show that the cross-linkage of binder in HTPB/AP/Al composite propellant is high, the microstructure of HTPB/AP/Al composite propellants is compact, most solid particles in HTPB/AP/Al composite propellants are wrapped by polymer binder. From the microstructure point of view, the solvents molecular can only seep in propellant and the un-crosslinked binder on surface part can enter solvent easily.
