大连市高星级酒店员工工作压力现况调查 被引量:1

Cross-sectional Survey on Job Stress of Employee in High-star Class Hotels in Dalian

摘要 目的了解高星级酒店员工工作压力现状,以便为采取有效措施降低或消除酒店员工工作压力提供科学依据。方法用中文版工作内容量表(JCQ),对大连市高星级酒店员工145人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS11.0统计软件建立数据库,采用日本工作压力判定图测量方法得出数据。结果工作内容问卷分析结果表明,高星级酒店男女员工的工作量分别为32.02和32.12;工作自主程度分别为60.48和60.47;上司支持分别为11.40和11.43;同事支持分别为11.317和11.324。男性员工在"工作量-工作自主程度"上的健康风险度为122,女性员工的健康风险度为98。结论大连市高星级酒店的工作压力对男性员工健康影响较大。 Objective To clarify sources of employee's job stress in high-star class hotels and provide scientific evidences for the measures to reduce or to eliminate the job stress effectively. Methods A total of 145 employees from high-star class hotels in Dalian were surveyed by using Chinese version of Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ). The data were obtained by using the Japanese version of job stress decision diagram and analyzed by SPSS 11.0 statistical software. Results The average JCQ core scales of psychological job demands of male and female employees were 32. 02 and 32. 12 ; the scores of decision latitudes for male and female were 60.48 and 60. 47 respectively; the scores of supervisor support were 11.40 for male and 11.43 for female and those of coworker support were 11. 317 for male and 11. 324 for female. The score of health risk for male was 122 in "the job demand control" and that for female was 98. Conclusion High-star class hotel's job stress may result in higher health risks for male employees.
