摘要
目的了解双流县2006-2007年狂犬病疫情状况。方法结合疫情调查报告和病例个案调查资料进行分析。结果2006-2007年双流县狂犬病发病18例,病例分布在14个镇,18例患者均未及时到医院进行犬伤处理,伤人动物为17只犬和1只猫,且均未免疫接种疫苗。结论犬只免疫和管理不到位及受伤者未及时到医院就诊是狂犬病发生的主要原因。
Objective To analyze the cause of rabies epidemic in Shuangliu County from 2006 - 2007. Methods The analysis on the data of epidemic survey and rabies cases was conducted. Results From 2006 to 2007, 18 rabies cases occurred which distributed in 14 townships. All the 18 cases didn＇t receive timely post-exposure treatment（PET） in hospitals. The animals bitten people were dogs （17） and cat （1） which were not vaccinated. Conclusion The poor implementation of the vaccination and management of dogs and untimely PET were the main causes of rabies epidemic in Shuangliu.
