摘要
根据2008年初中国南方地区电网遭受冰害事故统计和调研情况,从覆冰机理、电网设施本身出发,分析了造成这次大面积冰害事故的原因。将国内外有关输电线高度订正系数的算法进行了比较分析,并对高度、线径系数进行了细化以便实现较好的经济技术效应。结合本次电网冰害事故所反映出的问题,提出了输电线路覆冰事故防治措施。
According to the statistics and investigation of the icing accident afflicted South China in the beginning of 2008, the causes of the icing in large area are analyzed as viewed from the mechanism of ice coating and the facilities of power grid. The algorithms about the revised coefficient of the height of transmission lines are compared, and the coefficients of height and wire diameter are refined for getting a better economic. - technological effect. In combination with the problem reflected from the icing accident, some anti - icing measures are presented for transmission lines.
