摘要
为了支持GIG体系结构、设计和工程学中的应用,研究了可重复使用的GIG(Global Information Grid)仿真平台工具的开发。首先,利用传统的系统工程方法来设计GIG仿真平台,通过大量有用的性能分析完成相关GIG体系结构和设计。其次,在考虑自动化模拟构造的基础上设计了GIG仿真平台、开发了GIG拓扑模型。接着,讨论了GIG网络环境中最初研究BGP(Border Gateway Protocol)的性能,并且通过仿真实验进行验证平台的有效性。最后,提出了未来仿真平台研究的几点工作,以此来改进仿真平台在解决GIG体系结构、设计和工程学应用中的使用范围。
This paper studies the development of a reusable Global Information Grid simulation platform in order to support GIG architecture, design and engineering. Firstly, by followed a classical systems engineering approach to the design of the GIG simulation platform. It uses a set of useful performance studies to perform related to GIG architecture and design. Secondly, this paper presents the design of GIG simulation platform and the development of a GIG topology model allowing for automated simulation configurations. Thirdly, this paper discusses it's initial studies of BGP performance in GIG-like environments. Simulation results show that the model is valid. Lastly, this paper puts forward with a discussion of future work items necessary to more fully develop GIG simulation platform and hence improves the range of utility of this platform in addressing the needs of the GIG architects, designers and engineers.
