Frequent Problems and Corresponding Strategy in Tissue Culture of Alfalfa

在总结分析有关植物组织培养技术研究的基础上,结合笔者在紫花苜蓿不同外植体-花药、子叶、下胚轴等培养研究中的体会,对苜蓿组织培养中的一些常遇问题及问题产生的原因和影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相关对策,为苜蓿组织培养技术提供一定的理论基础和实践依据。

On the basis of summary and analysis of tissue culture technique research of plant and some experiences about different explants of alfalfa,some frequent problems and its corresponding strategies were analysed in tissue culture of alfalfa in order to supply some basic theory and practice base.
