Investigation on Risk Behaviors of Students in Vocational School in Chengdu

目的了解成都市职业学校学生健康危险行为现状和流行趋势,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法抽取成都市6所职业学校的1178名学生,采用青少年健康相关行为调查问卷进行无记名调查。结果21.8%的学生过去1年打架1次以上,15.1%的学生曾经严重受伤,14.0%的学生曾经有意识的自我伤害,曾采取措施自杀的学生有3.7%,有吸烟和饮酒史的学生分别占54.2%和70.8%,尝试毒品的学生占4.2%,37.4%的学生参与过赌博,20.2%的学生看过色情书籍和制品,有性行为史的学生有7.2%,有49.2%的学生接受过艾滋病相关的知识教育,仅有32.7%的学生能正确回答艾滋病相关知识。不同性别和城乡差异下职业学校学生大部分危险行为的发生率不同,差异有统计学意义。结论成都市职业学校学生健康危险行为问题突出,对他们加强健康教育和行为干预是非常必要的。

Objective To study the basic information and current status about risk behaviors of students in vocational schools in Chengdu, and to provide the scientific evidence for effective intervention measures. Methotis A questionnaire of adolescent health-relateds behavior was used in 6 vocational schools in Chengdu to investigate 1 178 students selected by stratified random cluster sampling method. Results Among the students investigated, 21.8% had more than once fighting in the past one year, 15. 1% had been wounded seriously, 14.0% had injured self consciously, 3.7% had taken measures to suicide, 54.2% smoked cigarettes, 70. 8% drank alcohol, 4.2% reported that they had tasted illegal drugs, 37.4% had taken part in gambling, 20.2% reposed they had seen salacious books, 7.2% had experienced sexual intercourse, 49.2% had received AIDS＇related education, but only 32. 7% answered AIDS-related knowledge correctly. Among different sexes and urban-rural differences, the incidence of the risk behaviors of students in vocational schools was different, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion There exits a relatively severe problem of risk behaviors of students in vocational schools in Chengdu. It is very important to strengthen health education and behavior intervention.
