Investigation on Body Composition of Postgraducates in Yanan University

摘要 对延安大学在读183名(男80、女103)研究生进行了人体成分的监测。对体重、脂肪含量、肌肉含量、腹部脂肪比、体水分等14项指标测试,并进行统计分析。得出延安大学在读研究生现在的身体状况、各成分的比重、肥胖程度,特别对身体质量指数、腰臀围比、体水分三项指标与国际各指标的标准值做了重点比较,找出了影响研究生体质健康状况的基本因素,为研究生的培养方案做借鉴。 As 183 ( male 80, female 103 ) of postgrad of human body composition, man element of weight, uates studying in Yanan University to undertake the monitoring fat content, muscle content, abdominal fat ratio, body moisture, such as 14 indicators and analysis of them. Reached Yanan University graduate now in the time of physical condition, the proportion of each component, the degree of obesity, in particular on the BMI, WHR, body of water the three indicators with the international standard values of the indicators focus has done a comparison to find out the impact of physical health status of graduate students the basic factors of the training program for graduate students learn to do.
