摘要
乙烯精馏塔系统常见的形式主要有低压开式热泵和高压乙烯精馏工艺。通过研究,笔者发现超高压乙烯精馏工艺可能有着更为优异的性能,结合适当的流程可以达到降低能耗和节能省投资的目的。热泵系统自身操作和调控条件较为复杂,运用不好反而会增加能耗。鉴于此,笔者对低压开式热泵系统进行分析比较,试图对热泵系统有较清晰的认识,为能够更好地运用开式热泵系统打下基础。
There are two forms of Ethylene fractionator:low pressure open loop heat pump and high pressure close loop heat pump.Through researches,the author found that ultra-high pressure close loop heat pump may have superior performance. With appropriate process flow,both its energy consumption and investment may be reduced.Open loop heat pump is complex, so its energy consumption will be high if the process flow is inappropriate. This article analyzes the low pressure open loop heat pump,so as to have a clear understanding of heat pump and make better use of the open loop heat pump.
