Constructing Performance Evaluation Index System of Information Resource Sharing System

在分析现有的信息资源共享系统绩效评估指标体系研究的基础上,探讨信息资源共享系统绩效评估的要素、评估指标选取的原则,设计评估指标体系并明确其指标内涵。最后通过对NSTL的实证分析,对评估指标体系的科学性和可行性进行验证。

Based on analyzing the existing research on performance evaluation index system of information resource sharing system, the paper discusses the influencing factors and the principles of selecting indicators of performance evaluation of information resource sharing system, designs the evaluation index system and analyses the connotation of each indicator. By the empirical study on performance evaluation of NSTL, the paper verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the index system.
