摘要 为了解从法国引进的小麦种质的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成,给小麦亲本选配提供参考依据,利用SDS-PAGE电泳对从法国引进的118份小麦种质进行了HMW-GS组成分析。结果表明,法国小麦种质材料在Glu-A1位点具有Null、1和2*三种亚基类型;在Glu-B1位点具有五种亚基类型,7、6+8、7+8、7+9和17+18;在Glu-D1位点具有四种亚基类型,2+12、3+12、4+12和5+10,其中优质亚基5+10的频率为62.7%。共检测到32种HMW-GS组成类型,出现较多的是"Null,6+8,5+10"、"Null,7,5+10"、"Null,17+18,5+10"和"Null,17+18,2+12"这四种组合类型,频率分别为11.0%、13.6%、11.9%和8.5%。法国小麦种质大多含有优质亚基,可作为亲本材料用于我国小麦的品质改良。 The composition of high - molecular - weight glutenin subunits ( HMW - GS) of 118 French wheat germplasms were analyzed by SDS -PAGE to provide the basic information for improving the wheat quality. The results showed that three types ( Null, 1,2^*) of HMW - GS on Glu - A1 were examined; Five types of HMW- GS were examined on Glu -B1, which were 7,6 +8,7 +8,7 +9,17 + 18; Four types (2 + 12,3 + 12,4 + 12,5 + 10) of HMW - GS on Glu - D1 were examined, and the frequency of 5 + 10 was 62. 7%. 32 kinds of HMW - GS composition were examined, among them, “ Null,6 + 8,5 + 10”, “Null, 7,5 + 10”, “Null, 17 + 18,5 + 10” and “Null, 17 + 18,2 + 12”appeared more frequently, whose frequencies were 11.0%, 13.6%, 11.9% and 8.5% respectively. Most of the French wheat germplasms contained high -quality subunits, so they could be used as parents for the wheat quality improvement.
