摘要
通过试验比较,探明了酸枣和西吕枣的最佳生根条件。结果表明,以1/4 MS+0.5 mg/L IBA培养基诱导生根,酸枣生根率高达98.5%,再生数为4.1条;西吕枣生根率高达100%,再生数可达6.1条。
Through the comparative experiment, the optimum rooting conditions for Sour jujube and Xilǔjujube were studied. The results indicated that the rooting rate and root number of Sour jujube were 98.5% and 4.1 respecively, while those of Xilǔ jujube were 100% and 6.1 respectively when cultured in the medium of 1/4MS ＋0. 5 mg/L IBA.
