摘要
采用聚乙二醇(PEG200)与环氧树脂E-51在自制的催化剂催化下反应,制得一种改性环氧树脂,再配以活性稀释剂、胺类固化剂和促进剂等制得弹性较大的环氧树脂灌浆材料。在最佳配比时,该材料能够反复压缩到原长的50%而不会被破坏,且该材料的粘接强度、剪切强度和拉伸强度达到了环氧灌浆材料行业标准的要求,适合变形较大的伸缩缝隙的补强加固。
Modified epoxy resin is prepared by the reaction of E-51 and PEG200 in the condition of special-catalyst,then, a new kind of high-elasticity epoxy-resin grouting material is prepared by mixing with epoxy-thinner, amine curing agent and accelerator. At the optimum proportion,it can be repeatedly compressed to 50% of the original length without destroying its properties. In addition, it's bond strength, shear strength and tensile strength reaches the epoxy-resin grouting material industrial standard,suitable for stiffening and consolidation of expansion joint with larger deformation.
