摘要
介绍了一种在传统工频高压破坏性击穿试验基础上设计的检测绝缘油绝缘强度的非破坏性击穿试验,阐述了该试验的接线图、试验原理、试验步骤以及试验结果。与传统的工频高压破坏性击穿试验相比,具有非破坏性、设备简单、造价低、占地面积小、可靠性高等优点,非常适合于用作高电压与绝缘技术实验室的本科生教学实验。
This paper mainly introduces a non-destructive breakdown test for detecting insulation strength of the insulated oil, which is designed on the basis of a traditional AC high voltage destructive breakdown test. Specifically, this paper presents the wiring diagram, principles, procedures and results of this non destructive breakdown test. Compared with the traditional AC high voltage destructive breakdown test, the test has many advantages, such as non-destructiveness, simple equipment, low cost and high reliability and so on, which makes it the most appropriate experimental teaching way for undergraduates in High Voltage and Insulation Laboratory.
