基于实验教学示范中心建设的高校实验室管理研究

Research on the management of the laboratory in colleges and universities based on the construction of experiment teaching demonstration center

在认真分析高校实验室建设与管理现状的基础上,从理论与实践的角度探讨了示范中心建设对高校实验室运行模式和日常管理的影响,结合实际,提出了以各级实验教学示范中心建设为牵引,强化校院两级管理模式,不断更新教学理念,加强资源整合,提高实验室的显示度。

Based on a view of the current status of construction and management of laboratories in colleges and universities,the paper studies the influence of the construction of demonstration centers on the operational mode and routine management in laboratories, from both theoretical and practical angles. Specific methods in terms of the construction of experimental teaching demonstration centers, the establishment of university-department two-level management mode, updating knowledge on teaching and the continuous integration of resources are proposed to improve the appearance of laboratories in colleges and universities.
