摘要
对航空用2A12铝合金大断面特种型材的合金状态、制坯工艺、挤压、热处理及精整矫直工艺等进行了全面的研究,特别是对提高T4状态该种型材的三向力学性能及改善其组织,减小粗晶环缺陷深度作了深入的分析。提出了保证产品质量的优化工艺。
The temper and producing process of 2A12 aluminum alloy large cross-section profiles used in aircrafts are fully studied.Especially,the means for increasing three orientation mechanical properties of T4 temper profiles and improving microstructures of T4 temper profiles and decreasing depth of coarse grain rings in profiles are fully analyzed.The optimization processes are presented.
