摘要
区域投资环境是具耗散结构的地域系统,用属性结构抽象为类,则不同时间、不同区域投资环境为其时空过程的一个实例.根据玻尔兹曼定理将指标变换为熵,则区域投资环境即实例的状态由总熵测度,根据"熵变原理"引入评价准则进行三维评价.将该方法应用于福建省设区市1999-2005年外商投资环境的实证评价,及与其他33种模型评价结果的比较等,证明其方法可靠、有效.
The region investment environment has the diffusion structure of the region system, abstracting with the attribute structure as the class, then different time and different region investment environment will be taken as an example with its time-space process. According to Boltzmann theorem transform the index into entropy, then the region investment environment as the example condition is estimated by the total entropy; According to "change of entropy principle" , the appraisal criterion to the three-dimensional appraisal is introduced. The method has been applied to empirical evaluation on the environment for foreign investment of Fujian city between 1999-2005, And with other 33 kinds of model apporaisal result comparison and so on,which shows that the method is effective.
