摘要
在分析地方本科院校二级学院内部管理存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了转变观念,注重树立正确的校、院二级管理意识;以人为本,注重管理队伍和师资队伍素质的培养;依法行政,注重二级管理内部运行机制的构建;量化管理,注重二级学院办学效益的提高;协调发展,注重二级学院改革与发展的可持续性等思路.
This paper elaborates the significance of the management model in secondary institute of newly established undergraduate university. On the basis of analyzing the main problems lied in the process of management in secondary institute, the paper also proposes that secondary institute should transform ideas and pay great attention to setting up correct management awareness;base on humanism and pay great attention to cultivating the quality of the management team and teachers team; administer according to the law and pay great attention to the construction of internal operational mechanism; quantize the management and pay great attention to enhancing the benefit of school-running; coordinate development and pay great attention to improving the sustainability of reform and development in secondary institute. All these measures are to promote the management benefit of the institute.
