随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,社会对经贸外语人才的需求越来越多,需要对传统的外语人才培养模式进行改革.文章试图从地方高校外语专业人才培养中的教学理念、课程设置、实践教学环节等方面入手,探讨复合型经贸外语人才的培养模式.

With China＇s accession to the WTO and the acceleration of global economic integration, the demand of the talent of business English is increasing. One of the local universities＇ tasks is to serve the construction of local economy and culture. That will ask for reform of the traditional training model of the English talents to meet the needs of the development of the society. The reform of the talents＇ training model of English is mainly from teaching philosophy, setting curriculum, teaching practice and so on. It should focus on searching for the means of cultivating the talents of business English.
