摘要
建设新型的高校后勤企业是高校后勤社会化改革的必由之路,在建设策略上应当包括重视提升企业文化,塑造后勤企业员工形象;形成高校后勤企业员工有文化素质,能"用心"做事、"用诚"做人的好形象;打造高校后勤文化品牌,推动高校后勤企业文化创新,巩固并最终提高高校后勤企业文化的核心竞争力。
It makes the only way of achieving university's logistical socialization to construct new-style logistics service corporations in universities. In terms of strategies for the construction, emphasis should be put on the improvement of enterprise culture and development of a sound image of employees from lo- gistics service corporations in universities, which involves boasting favourable cultural quality, working at pains, and conducting oneself on the basis of honesty. In addition, the core competence of the university's logistical culture should be consolidated and eventually bettered by building its brand and promoting its innovation.
