涂层变质剂对铸铁微熔激光淬火凹坑及裂纹的抑制作用

摘要 讨论了二氧化硅涂料铸铁微熔激光淬火的特点及硬化层表面出现凹坑和裂纹的现象。分析了涂料酸碱性、氧化性、熔点和粘度等物理化学性能对硬化层表面凹坑的影响,研究出了能抑制铸铁微熔激光淬火凹坑及裂纹的变质剂。 The characteristics and phenomenon of pits and cracks on cast iron caused by little fusion laser quenching with SiO 2 coating are discussed in this paper The influence of physical and chemical properties of coatings such as acidity,basicity,oxidation,melting point and viscosity etc.to pits on hardened surface is analyzed.The metamorphic materials which can restrain pits and cracks on cast iron caused by little fusion laser quenching has been found.
