列出了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、凝胶过滤色谱、方法联用等分离低分子量肽的方法。用PAGE法分离时,小分子量肽常堆积在浓缩胶中很难分离;HPLC法在分离时,过程要不断优化;IE-CEC法对二肽、三肽分离效果好。这些方法都各有利弊。
This article lists the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),gel filtration chromatography,methods combined.When with PAGE method separation,the small molecular weight peptide often piles up in the concentration rubber is very difficult to separate;HPLC method when separation,the process must optimize unceasingly.The IE-CEC method to two peptides,three peptide separation effect is good.These methods respectively have the advantages and disadvantages.
