国产裸燕麦米生产现状及存在的问题与对策

Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Domestic Naked Oat Groats’ Production

我国的燕麦种植和生产主要以裸燕麦为主,目前存在裸燕麦米加工技术落后,加工的裸燕麦米质量差,不能适应产业化生产。针对目前国内裸燕麦米的生产现状、生产中存在的问题,提出了解决存在问题的对策和建议。

Oat is one of the cereal crop which has the highest nutrition content. A large amount of researches suggested that oat has the functions of hypoglycemic and reducing blood lipid, so it is very interested by consumers and the production factories. Oat plant and production varieties in China are mainly naked oats（Avena nuda）, but it＇s very laggard in naked oats （Avena nuda） groats production technologies and that＇s could not be fit for the industrialization. This paper according to the present situation and problems of domestic naked oat groats＇ production proposed the suggestions and countermeasures.
