红曲降压口服液的研制

摘要 筛选出高产Monacolin k、低产桔霉素的红曲霉目标菌株,以功能活性物质——Monacolin k为主要指标,对红曲霉固态发酵培养条件及降压活性物质提取条件进行优化,确定最佳培养条件为附加甘油量0.4%,附加硝酸钠量0.2%,装料量50 g/500 mL,32℃培养2 d后28℃培养12 d。超声波提取红曲降压活性物质的最佳工艺为乙醇提取液浓度为45%、浸提温度为65℃、浸提时间为35 min、浸提比为300 mL/(g干曲)。 In this paper, we screen the functional monascus of abundant Monacolin k without citrinin. The opti- mum fermentation culture medium and condition, content of monacolin k as the index, was determined by orthog- onal design method. The optimum fermentation culture medium and condition as follows: content of added glyc- erol is 0.4%, content of added sodium nitrate is 0.2%, quantity of rice is 50 g/500 mL,fermentating at 32 ℃ for 2d,then fermentating at 28 ℃ for 12 d. We find the optimum way to extract the antihypertensive substance is to be immersed in 45% ethanol at 65 ℃ in water bath for 35 min,and the ratio of extracting is 300 mL/g.
