乳腺浸润性导管癌中ΔNp73的表达与预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中ΔNp73的表达与5年生存率、病理学分级和淋巴结转移等的关系。方法选取临床病理资料完整并随访5年以上的83例乳腺浸润性导管癌病例,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测乳腺癌组织中ΔNp73蛋白表达情况,用SPSS16.0软件统计分析ΔNp73表达对预后的影响。结果ΔNp73蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的阳性表达率为67.5%,在生存期≤5年的患者中ΔNp73阳性表达率82.1%,在生存期>5年的患者中阳性表达率60.0%;在淋巴结转移组中ΔNp73阳性表达率77.8%,在淋巴结无转移组中ΔNp73阳性表达率37.5%。结论ΔNp73可能在乳腺浸润性导管癌的淋巴结转移中起一定的促进作用,ΔNp73蛋白可作为预测乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的参考指标。 Objective This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between expression of △Np73 and prognosis of invasive breast duct carcinoma. Methods The △Np73 expressions of invasive breast duct cancer were determined by immunohistoehemistry in 83 cases with complete clinical data and over five years of follow-up, so as to analyse the effect of the △Np73 expression on prognosis. Results The positive expression rates of △Np73 protein were 67.5% in breast cancer tissues. The positive expression rates of △Np73 were 89. 1% in breast cancer patients with five-year or less survival time, and 27.6% in breast cancer patients with more than five-year survival time, respectively. The positive expression rates of △Np73 were 77.8% in patients with metastasis of lymph nodes, and were 37.5% in paitients without metastasis of lymph nodes, respectively. Conclusion The △Np73 could play a promotive role in invasive breast duct carcinoma with metastasis of lymph nodes. The expressions of △Np73 can be used as the predictor of prognosis in invasive breast duct cancer.
