Study on grinding performance of soft diamond grinding wheel

金刚石柔性磨轮是金刚石砂带的一种衍生产品,主要用于宝石和玻璃加工。通过对金刚石柔性磨轮进行磨削实验,进一步了解了砂带的磨损形式和磨削机理,同时,对两种不同胶粘剂磨轮磨削性能的优缺点进行对比,确定了其不同的使用方式。

Soft diamond grinding wheel is a derivative product of diamond belt,mainly used for machining precious stones and glass.In this paper,we carried out experiments about soft diamond grinding wheel in order to learn more about belt s wear and grinding mechanism.At the same time,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of grinding performance of two grinding wheels with different bond to determine the different use ways.
