带状组织对焊管焊缝强韧性的影响

Band Structure Influences upon Strong Toughness of Welded Pipe Seam

焊管在进行压扁试验时，焊缝出现的无规律开裂现象，通过金相分析，发现有带状组织存在。试验结果表明：带状组织的分布对焊缝强韧性影响较大。

When the flattening test done to the welded pipe, there appears an irregular cracking phenomenon in the welded pipe seam. By metallographic analysis, it has been found out that there is band structure in it. The test results show the band structure distribution has great influence upon the strong toughness of welded pipe seam.
