摘要 系统地总结了近年来Nocolok钎焊在合成、检测、应用、反应机制、钎焊方法研究的进展后,指出Noeolok钎剂熔化温度太高,只适用于少数铝合金。本文着重评述了Nocolok钎剂的延伸——中温全氟化物铝钎剂研究的进展和展望。 The results of study for recent years on composition, test, application,reaction mechanism and brazing method for Nocolok brazing flux are system atically summarized in this paper. It indicates that Nocolok is ordy suitable for a small number of Al alloy brazing,because of its higher melting temperature. And then a develop of middle temperature fluoride Al brazing flux as an extension of Nocolok is emphatically evaluated.
