光子嫩肤热损伤的光学相干层析成像动态监控 被引量:3

Monitoring thermal damaged tissue in photorejuvenation with optical coherence tomography

摘要 提出了一种基于光学相干层析成像(OCT)的动态监控光子嫩肤热损伤的系统。利用OCT测试系统的非入侵性无损检测的技术特点进行实时测量光子嫩肤治疗过程中皮肤的光学参数,并根据所获得的光学参数变化量来反映热损伤程度。采用小鼠动物模型,并用不同剂量的激光照射小鼠背部皮肤,得到了皮肤组织的衰减系数将随着光剂量的增大而减小的关系。实验结果表明,衰减系数的变化量反映了热损伤的严重程度。 A system based on optical coherence tomography(OCT) is presented, which can monitor dynamically the thermal damaged tissue during laser irradiation in photorejuvenation. With the advantage of the noninvasive characteristics of the OCT, this system can measure in vivo the optical parameters of skin during the therapy and evaluate the degree of the thermal damage according to the change of the optical parameters. Various laser light doses are irradiated on the back skins of the mice. The relationship between the total attenuation coefficient and light dose is discovered. The total attenuation coefficient decreases when the light dose increases, The experiment results show that the reduction of the total attenuation canefficient can be the indication of the thermal damage.
