摘要
含镁铝合金光束钎焊性能的研究表明,MgO是恶化其钎焊性能的重要原因。CsF-ALF_3混盐对MgO的去膜能力较差,因而不能解决含镁铝合金的非腐蚀钎焊难题。另一方面,CsF-ALF_3混盐的熔点较NOCOLOK钎剂低,无腐蚀性,对Al_2O_3的去膜效果好,对不含镁铝合金的光束钎焊来说,仍是一种有发展前途的低熔点新型非腐蚀性钎剂。
The investigation on brazability of Mg alloys containing Al shows that MgO is the import factor of deteriorating its brazability.Non- corrosion brazing method of Mg alloy containing Al is not available yet because of the weak ability of cleaning of MgO film with CsF - AlF3 flux. However, due to the lower melting temperature of CsF -AlF3 than that of Nocolok,its non- corrosion characteristics and strong ability of removing Al2O3 film. CsF- AlF3 is still a new promising non - corrosion flux.
