摘要
本调查采取问卷调查的方法,对中央民族大学预科生和本科生的职业价值观进行抽样调查。基于调查结果,本研究认为民族院校大学生职业价值观存在以下特点:职业价值取向多元化,职业理想趋于实际;认知更加理性,但期望仍不够合理;自我意识与家庭依赖相互交织。针对上述特点,提出加强和改进民族院校大学生职业价值观教育的几点建议:加强就业指导队伍建设和理论研究;将职业价值观教育与大学生思想政治教育工作有机结合;发挥家庭教育在大学生职业价值观教育中的作用;充分发挥网络在职业价值观教育中的作用。
A survey has been made of occupational values held by undergraduate students as well as students of the School of Preparatory Education of MUC at random through questionnaires.On the basis of investigation results,we hold that occupational values of students at ethnic universities have the following characteristics: 1) they have multiple occupational values and are more realistic in career ideal;2) they are more rational in cognition but less reasonable in expectation;and 3) they have both self-consciousness and familydependence. According to these characteristics, the following suggestions are proposed about enhancing and improving education of occupational values for ethnic university students that in education of occupational values we should: 1 ) strengthen the building of student employment guiding team and theoretical studies; 2 ) integrate education of occupational values into ideological and political education; 3) give full play to family education; and 4) make full use of network.
