试论民办高等教育改革发展与转型及其对民族地区的影响

A Discussion of Reform,Development and Transformation of Non-governmental Higher Education and the Influence over Ethnic Regions

民办高等教育经过改革与发展已经成为我国高等教育体系中重要的组成部分,与公办高等教育形成了共同发展的办学体系。但是民办高等教育特别是民族地区民办高等教育仍面临着许多现实问题。随着我国民办高等教育在办学体制上的深化改革,各项政策法规已进入初步确立阶段,有必要对我国民办高等教育作出转型性探讨。

Non-governmental higher education,through reform and development,has become an important part of higher education system of China.It has formed a school running system of co-development together with higher education run by the government.However,there are still many problems in non-governmental higher education,especially in ethnic regions.In the in-depth reform of school running system of non-governmental higher education in China,all kinds of policies and rules are being enforced.Therefore,it is necessary to make adiscussion of the transformation of non-governmental higher education in China.
