摘要
综述了双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的合成研究进展,通过对多种合成方法与提纯工艺的研究对比,认为采用国内成本低廉、易得的丙酮、丙烯腈为原料,以浓硫酸为催化剂的合成方法,以结晶提取中间体的提纯方式是目前国内最便于实现DAAM的工业化生产的工艺,并对此提出了可行性建议。
Recent advances in synthesis of diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)were summarized.The methods for synthesizing and purifying DAAM were described in detail and compared with each other.It was found that the process,in which DAAM was prepared with acetone and acrylonitrile used as the starting materials in the presence of sulfuric acid as catalyst and purified by distilling the crystallizable intermediate,was viable for realizing domestic commercial production.Furthermore,the feasibility study proposal was also presented.
