摘要
利用蛋膜(Eggshell membrane,ESM)上特定周期性分布的大分子与无机前驱体离子之间的螯合作用和电荷作用,以其为生物活性模板,醋酸镉和硒代硫酸钠为反应物,设计出一种在生物活性材料参与室温条件下诱导合成硒化镉量子点的新方法。通过紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱对产物的光学性质进行了研究,对硒化镉量子点的合成机理进行了初步探讨。
CdSe QDs was successfully prepared through a room-temperature biosubstrate-induced new approach employing the Cd(Ac)2 solution,Na2SeSO3 solution as reactants,and the eggshell membrane(ESM),which contained many unique and periodically distributed groups,as the template.The optical property of the product was analyzed by the fluorescence spectrometry and the UV-Vis spectrometry.CdSe QDs was characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry(XRD),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The synthesis mechanism was discussed.
